The beloved local favorite has expanded to Maui’s stunning west side, promising a fantastic dining experience for returning fans as well as first-time visitors. Expect fresh island flavors, familiar favorites, and the signature laid-back atmosphere Captain Jack’s is known for.

For years, Captain Jack’s has been the go-to spot for fresh, locally sourced meals and a welcoming vibe. Now, this iconic restaurant has set up shop at Sands of Kahana, continuing its tradition of serving high-quality coastal dishes. Captain Jack’s, a beloved, family-run restaurant formerly located on historic Front Street in Lahaina, tragically lost its original venue in the recent Maui wildfires. However, we are honored to see the revival of this local favorite right here at Sands of Kahana. Expect everything from hand-breaded coconut shrimp to award-winning lilikoi beer-battered fish and chips. Each dish is crafted with the freshest locally caught fish and farm-fresh produce Maui has to offer.
